Our service technicians and staff combined have over 150 years of experience, led by Scott Moses, who alone has over 31 years of experience in the car business and over 10 years as Service Manager here at Ball Honda. Scott has had a love for cars ever since his first car, a 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback, and treats every car that comes through his service drive with the same care he gave that Mustang. His love for this business extends beyond just cars though, as the favorite of his job is the satisfaction of seeing his customers leave happy.
"Our goal is to give you the best service possible, no questions asked. We treat our customers like family. They're not just customers to me, they're people who trust us to give them quality work. I want the car treated as if my wife was going to drive it," says Scott, "I wouldn't do anything to anyone's car that I wouldn't do to my family's."

Immediately after pulling up to our service drive you will be greeted by one of our friendly service advisors, each with over 10 years of experience at Ball. The advisor will walk you around your car and ask you some questions about any problems or concerns you've been having with your vehicle.
Our courtesy shuttle service will offer you a ride home or to work, or if you want to stick around, we offer a comfortable customer lounge, complete with free Wi-Fi, a television, and beverages. The service advisor will then send your repair order over to Scott so it can be dispatched. Unlike other dealerships, Scott personally hands out the repair tickets to every technician so that he can be familiar with all the work going on in the shop. Our customers applaud our efforts to return your vehicle by our promised time.
